Russian Visas

To process your visa we need to receive from you the following documents:

• An application form completed and signed.

• Your original passport with at least 2 blank visa-designated pages (passport must be valid for at least 6 months after intended departure date from Russia)
• 1 passport-size photo
• a copy of the medical insurance card or policy
• for non- CH citizen, copy of valid residence permit B, C or L

Important:

• We kindly ask you to contact us in advance to make sure that your Russian visa processing documents are processed properly.
• By processing a business Russian business visa additional requirements maybe applied.

After we receive your Russian visa application documents, we will immediately start organizing necessary Russian visa support (i.e. invitation letters) und will then expedit all the documents to the Russian consulate. As soon as we receive a formal OK from the Consulate, we will send you a formal invoice with our bank details. Payment by cheque is also available.

The actual visa issued by the Russian consulate and your other documents will be sent to Sibiriak, and then forwarded to you within agreed term by A-Post. Together with your documents we will also send you the information about registering your visa while in Russia.

Important note: we will send you your Russian visa and your other documents only after we receive confirmation of your payment for our services (eg. copy of bank confirmation by fax).

Russian Tourist Visa

Russian Tourist visa is valid for maximum 1 month and usually has one entry only.

• we will get all necessary confirmations from Russian authorities
• we deal with all visa formalities at the Russian consulate
• we pay all processing fees (including Russian consulate fees)
• we send you your documents back by A-Post
• we send you information on registering your visa while in Russia
